Su Jin Jung has been teaching the Korean language at Rutgers University since 2015 fall. Before she joined Rutgers, she taught Korean language for 7 years at Yonsei Korean Language Institute in Korea after earning MA in French Linguistics at Yonsei University and BA in French Literature and Linguistics at Catholic University. She has taught various levels of students at 'The Korea Society', ' The Korean Language Center of NY' and other local Korean schools for over 15 years in the US. More recently, she leads operations and serves as principal at a local Korean School. Her research field consists of the following areas: the development of language learning materials and projects; and the integration of Korean language and culture education into community service.
