Xingming Wang is a Ph.D. candidate in the Comparative Literature Program at Rutgers University. He graduated from Soochow University with a B.A. degree in English and from Nanjing University with an M.A. degree in English Language and Literature. His research interests reside in modern and contemporary Chinese literature, environmental humanities, animal studies, memory and trauma studies.
