The Korea-America Student Conference is currently recruiting delegates for the 14th Korea-America Student Conference. KASC is an academic and cultural conference focused on educating the next generation of leaders on US-Korea and regional issues.  This year’s conference adopts a hybrid model that includes both an online and in-person portion.

Helen Hopersky (’24, Chinese Major) received the 2024 Chancellor’s Student Leadership Award in the category of “Champion of Teaching and Learning.” Helen has majors in Chinese and Russian, and minors in Music and Education. She is recognized for her inspiring and enthusiastic involvement in peer teaching and mentoring in her roles as a FIGS peer instructor, an ALC student ambassador, and a Russian learning assistant.
